These Terms govern your use of doliresources.com and the purchase of any module, theme or service. By placing an order you accept them in full.
"DoliResources", "we" or "us" refers to the operator of this store. "Product" means any Dolibarr module, theme or digital file sold here. "Customer" or "you" means any person or company using or purchasing our Products.
All Products are digital downloads. Once payment is confirmed, the files become available for download in your account area. No physical item is shipped.
Reference prices are set by DoliResources and shown in euros (€). We may update prices and promotions at any time; the price applied is the one displayed at checkout.
Each purchase grants a licence to use the Product on your own Dolibarr installation(s), including free updates for the purchased major version. Reselling, sub-licensing or redistributing a Product is not permitted unless you hold a dedicated "Full" licence (typically priced at 3× the standard development cost) — contact us to discuss it.
Custom development is billed from €140/day. Unless a Full License is purchased, any custom module developed by DoliResources remains our intellectual property and may be added to our catalogue.
Installation or usage help is provided through the support channel described on each product page and on our Installation & Support page.
We strive to provide reliable and high-quality products. However, DoliResources cannot be held responsible for issues caused by incorrect use, third-party modules, or custom modifications that affect the normal operation of Dolibarr or our products.
Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
