1. Overview

Advanced NGO / Association Management transforms Dolibarr into a professional ERP dedicated to non-profit organizations: national and international NGOs, associations, foundations, humanitarian organizations, cooperatives, community bodies, and sports or cultural associations. It centralizes the entire associative activity — members, volunteers, governance, donors, donations, subscriptions, beneficiaries, projects, programs, field missions, activities, events, campaigns, grants, funding, budgets, expenses, human resources, document management, dashboards and institutional reporting — without any external software.

2. Architecture

·       Native Dolibarr module architecture (custom/ongassociationmanagement), compatible with Dolibarr 16 to the latest version and PHP 8.x.

·       22 business objects built on Dolibarr's CommonObject, each with its own SQL table (llx_ong_*), list and card pages, and a generic engine (registry-driven).

·       Multi-entity aware (ismultientitymanaged), multi-company / SaaS ready.

·       Responsive Bootstrap-based UI with a dedicated stylesheet and JavaScript, modern KPI cards, charts (DolGraph) and an in-page tab navigation bar.

·       Self-healing schema (ensureSchema) that adds missing columns on upgrades.

·       Automatic demonstration dataset generator with versioned re-seeding and clean purge.

·       Optimized SQL (indexed foreign keys and entity columns), unique module numero 514600, 11 permission groups, box widget and cron-ready structure.
