Designed as a Security Operation Center (SOC) style command console, the module goes far beyond the native Dolibarr notification system: a real-time dashboard with 25+ KPIs, a unified notification center, a rule and trigger engine, multi-level approval and escalation workflows, multichannel campaigns, multilingual templates, recipient management, per-user preferences, a full delivery journal, automatic escalation and decisional reporting.
