Gestion WMS Avancée turns Dolibarr ERP & CRM into a genuine, enterprise-grade Warehouse Management System (WMS), comparable to the leading professional platforms on the market (SAP EWM, Manhattan WMS, Oracle WMS, Generix WMS, Reflex WMS, Easy WMS, Infor WMS). It lets companies run the entire lifecycle of their warehouse logistics operations without any external software, while remaining fully integrated with Dolibarr's native modules.

The module is designed for logistics providers, distributors, industry, e-commerce, transport, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals and any organisation that operates one or more warehouses.

3. Logistics Dashboard

A modern real-time dashboard, entirely distinct from the standard Dolibarr home page, using a logistics colour palette (logistics blue, availability green, preparation orange, alert red, metallic grey).

·       Warehouse overview: warehouses, locations, occupancy rate, referenced articles, pallets, saturated locations.

·       Inbound & outbound flows: receptions today / open, put away pending, open pickings, shipments today / open, replenishment alerts.

·       Picking kanban by status and four analytical charts (receptions vs shipments, occupancy by warehouse, ABC distribution, movements by type).

·       Performance KPIs: inventory accuracy, OTIF service level, picking error rate, active operators, movements.

4. Warehouse Cartography

An interactive plan following the hierarchy Warehouse → Zone → Aisle → Bay → Rack → Level → Location.

·       Warehouse selector; locations grouped by zone.

·       Each cell is colour-coded by fill rate (empty, low, medium, high, full).

·       Location code, aisle/rack/level and fill percentage are displayed; a click opens the location card.

5. Warehouses

Manage a multi-site fleet of warehouses, depots and logistics platforms.

·       Type, owner, address, surface, volume, maximum and used capacity.

·       Temperature, humidity, secured / cold / hazmat zones.

·       The card shows a KPI cockpit and linked zones and locations.

6. Locations

Locations are the finest storage level, described by aisle, bay, rack and level.

·       Code, type, category, zone, priority, dimensions, maximum weight and volume.

·       Fill rate and ABC class for optimisation; barcode for scanning.

·       Automatic location optimisation (proximity, fill, weight, volume, temperature, compatibility, rotation, ABC).

7. Logistic Articles

The logistics catalogue enriches Dolibarr products with all warehouse-relevant data.

·       Native link to the Dolibarr product catalogue.

·       Logistics family, ABC class, rotation, weight, volume, dimensions, temperature, hazard, perishability.

·       FIFO / LIFO / FEFO rotation rule, conditioning, units per carton and pallet, preferred location, barcode.

8. Receptions & Put Away

The inbound workflow covers ASN → Reception → Quality/Quantity control → Validation → Put Away.

·       Types: supplier reception, customer return, transfer, production.

·       ASN reference, expected/actual dates, reception status, QC status.

·       Reception lines with expected / received / accepted / rejected quantities, lot and location.

·       Intelligent put away to the optimal location (nearest, ABC, volume, temperature).

9. Picking & Packing

Multiple picking methods with route optimisation, followed by packing.

·       Methods: simple, batch, zone, wave, cluster, voice picking.

·       Wave reference, operator, priority, picking status, picking lines with picked quantities.

·       Packing: package type, item count, final weight, volume, label printing, carrier.

10. Shipments, Loading & Tours

Full shipping management with loading, carrier and tour handling, connected to Dolibarr shipments.

11. Cross-Docking
