Bookstore Management turns Dolibarr into a genuine, industry-specific ERP/CRM for bookstores — whether an independent shop, a chain of stores, or a university, school or specialised bookstore. It lets a bookstore run all of its activities directly inside Dolibarr, with no external software, while enriching (never duplicating) the native Dolibarr modules.

The module ships with 18 business objects, a premium bookshop-themed dashboard, a 12-report reporting centre with CSV/Excel/PDF exports, a full point-of-sale counter, a first-activation demonstration dataset, and a complete five-language interface (French, English, Spanish, Italian, German).

2. Native Dolibarr Integration

A core design principle: the module never re-creates a capability Dolibarr already provides. Every business record links to the relevant native objects, so accounting, stock, invoicing and banking stay in one single source of truth.

Full author records reused across the catalogue, sales statistics and literary events.

6. Stock, Shelves & Inventories

·       Stock overview — built entirely on native multi-warehouse stock: stock value, titles below threshold, per-title quantities, and one-click access to native stock.

·       Shelves — physical shelves/locations (floor, section, capacity) for shelf-level organisation.
