Cereal Storage Management turns Dolibarr into a complete business solution for grain storage operators: silo sites, collection centres, agricultural cooperatives, traders, flour mills, processing units and cereal logistics platforms. It covers the whole operational cycle of a grain, from the arrival of the truck at the gate to the shipment of the finished lot, through weighing, quality control, grading, cell assignment, conservation, treatment, traceability, loss management, inventory, billing and reporting.

Weighing

·       The net weight is always computed by the module, never captured, so the two figures cannot diverge.

·       A validated weighing is locked; cancelling one requires an explicit reason and is journalled.

Quality control

·       Control plan per cereal with minimum, maximum and target thresholds, method, blocking and mandatory flags.

Traceability

·       The QR code printed on the lot label opens the traceability page directly from a phone.

Inventory

·       Eight inventory types and six measurement methods, including laser and 3D scanner.

·       Gap in tons, in percentage and in value, with a multi-level approval workflow.

·       Inventory report generated as PDF.

Shipping

·       Order, lot reservation, availability and quality check, loading authorisation, weighing and delivery note.

·       Allocation rules: FIFO, FEFO, best quality first, manual selection or according to the contract.

Billing

·       Twenty billable service types and eight billing bases, from per ton and day to flat rate.

·       Services to invoice are grouped per third party and turned into a native Dolibarr draft invoice.

·       Two dedicated buttons install and delete a complete fictitious dataset of more than 5 500 records.
