1. Overview

Doctoral Research Center Management transforms Dolibarr into a complete platform for running a doctoral school, a university research unit, a laboratory or a research center — without requiring any other software. It covers the entire doctoral lifecycle and scientific activity, from PhD candidate enrollment to thesis defense, publications, funding, valorization and reporting. The module is premium, stable, modern, secure and fully integrated with native Dolibarr objects, with no data duplication.

2. Modern Research-Intelligence Dashboard

A dedicated dashboard, completely different from the classic Dolibarr dashboard, inspired by Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and Tableau (deep blue, white, violet, cyan palette):

·       Doctoral overview KPIs: active PhD candidates, graduated PhDs, ongoing theses, scheduled defenses, active scholarships, supervisors, success rate and research axes.

·       Scientific ecosystem KPIs: researchers, laboratories, teams, active projects, publications, patents, partners.

·       Interactive charts: PhD candidates by laboratory and by doctoral year, publications by month, funding by period, researchers by type, publications by laboratory.

·       Project pipeline (Kanban) preview with budget per phase and real-time indicators.
