DoliCreche transforms Dolibarr into a complete, production-ready management solution for nurseries, crèches and early-childhood day-care centres — with no need for any external software. It centralises every daily and administrative activity of the facility: children and their legal guardians, age groups and care groups, educators and support staff, admissions and enrolments, daily check-in/out attendance, developmental follow-up, meals and menus, educational activities, transport and outings, care fees and payments, parent communication, and advanced management reporting.

The module is fully integrated with native Dolibarr: parents become customers/third parties, and care fees flow into native quotes, orders, invoices, payments and banking. It is multi-company aware, secured by a granular permission system, and fully translatable.

The central record of the module.

·       Complete child profile: identity, gender, date of birth, age, birthplace and nationality.
