Dossier RH Pro adds to Dolibarr a real, confidential HR file for every employee — accessible only to authorized members of management — so you can retire your paper folders. Everything about a collaborator lives in one place, anchored on the native Dolibarr user, with fine-grained access control and full traceability.

It was designed for organizations that already use Dolibarr’s standard GRH module (leaves, expense reports, appraisals) and want a management-only vault without re-entering any data: the module reads the existing GRH records in read-only tabs and adds what the standard suite lacks — a chronological event journal and per-file confidentiality.

Key features

•     One HR file per employee — anchored on the native Dolibarr user, no duplicate database of people.

•     Chronological HR event journal — raises, remote-work requests, informal meetings, reported difficulties, exchanges with the manager — each with date, recorded-by author, report, follow-up and treatment status. This is the module’s differentiator.

•     Contracts & amendments — employment contract and successive amendments, with dates, type, status and multiple signed-file attachments.

•     HR documents — diplomas, certificates, clearances and ID papers, each with an optional expiry date and secured storage.

•     Internal notes — qualitative HR observations, invisible to the employee and to unauthorized users.

•     No double entry — read-only tabs display leaves (holiday), expense reports and appraisals already recorded in the standard Dolibarr GRH, with links back to the source record.

•     Fine confidentiality — reserve access to specific groups/users via a per-file white-list; confidential files stay invisible to unauthorized managers and to the employee. Optional strict “need-to-know” mode.

•     360° employee history — a unified timeline (manual events + GRH + contracts + documents) on the file, plus a transversal “Employee history” page.

•     Configurable dictionaries — document, contract and event types managed from the configuration, with per-type colour codes.
