Discover powerful Dolibarr extensions designed to automate your business processes

Droguerie Management is a complete, professional, and secure ERP/retail solution designed for drugstores, hardware stores, and building supply stores. The module transforms Dolibarr into a sales and inventory management platform covering all daily point-of-sale activities: supplier purchases, receiving, point-of-sale (POS), customer orders, deliveries, multi-warehouse inventory, stocktaking, promotions, cash register, sales targets, decision-making dashboard, reporting, and automatic alerts.
The module is multi-entity, multi-store and integrates natively with standard Dolibarr modules (Products, Third Parties, Invoices, Stocks, Warehouses, Bank) without any modification to the core application.

The module manages a hierarchy of business families adapted to the sector:
· General drugstore: household products, cleaning, hygiene.
· Hardware: screws, locks, fasteners.
· Tools: hand tools, power tools, machines.
· Electricity: cables, circuit breakers, lighting, sockets.
· Plumbing: pipes, fittings, taps.
· Painting: paints, varnishes, coatings, accessories.
· Gardening: watering, garden tools.
· Technical products / miscellaneous: adhesives, silicones, various materials.
The module relies on a generic object management engine (lists and records) offering, for each entity, complete CRUD operations, column filters, column display/hiding, indicator dashboards on key records, linked object panels, and chained data entry. Thirteen business entities are managed, complemented by a dashboard, a point-of-sale (POS) interface, a stock view, a reporting module, and an automation engine.
Inspired by premium retail software, organized into 4 zones: (A) Sales performance — daily/monthly/yearly sales, number of sales, average basket size, margin achieved; (B) Store activity — sales graphs by day and sales by category, best-selling products; (C) Stock management — stock value, active products, stockouts, products below threshold, expected receipts, inventories to be carried out; (D) Alerts — latest unacknowledged alerts.
Enriched product matrix (barcode, shelf location, purchase/sale/promotional price, VAT rate, min-max thresholds, actual stock) linked to native Dolibarr items, and unlimited category tree by business families.
Purchase requests, supplier purchase orders, monitoring of scheduled dates, attached receipts with validation and automatic stock update, management of quantity discrepancies.
Simplified checkout interface: quick search and barcode reading, dynamic basket, discount, customer and payment method selection, payment automatically creating a sale and its lines and decrementing the stock.
Quick creation, tracking of delivery status (to be prepared, prepared, delivered), delivery notes, carrier and signature of receipt.
Valuation and monitoring view (breakdowns, below threshold); rolling, annual or category inventories with theoretical/actual entry, calculation of discrepancies and correction of native stock at closing.
Promotions by percentage, amount, fixed price or package, by product or by category, with validity period and automatic application.
Opening of the till with initial funds, receipts by payment method (cash, card, check, transfer), closing and automatic calculation of the till difference.
Objectives per seller, per store or per category, with target amount, amount achieved and automatic calculation of performance achievement.
Nine decision-making reports: Sales by period/category/product/vendor, valuation and stockouts, purchases by supplier, top customers, margins. Export to PDF, Excel and CSV.
Stockouts, low stock, supplier delays, unpaid invoices, inventories to be carried out, high-turnover products — refreshed by a daily planned task.
Automatic generation on first activation and "Install" / "Delete" buttons in the settings, for immediate use.
· Sales: number of tickets, number of invoices, daily/monthly/annual revenue, gross margin.
· Stock: stock value, active products, out-of-stock products, products below threshold.
· Suppliers: number of suppliers, current orders, delivery delays.
· Customers: number of customers, new customers, loyal customers.
Access rights are granular, categorized by functional area (Products, Purchases, Sales, Inventory, Promotions, Cashier, Targets), and include read, create/modify, and delete permissions, plus administrative rights. Read and write access are granted by default upon activation; deletion and administration are optional. This granularity applies to the following profiles: Manager, Store Manager, Warehouse Clerk, Salesperson, Cashier, Accountant, and Administrator.
