Electrification & Public Lighting Enterprise is a comprehensive business solution specifically designed for companies specializing in electrification work, public lighting, low and medium voltage electrical networks, rural electrification, the installation of urban electrical equipment, and the maintenance and modernization of energy infrastructure. Fully integrated with Dolibarr ERP & CRM, this solution allows you to centralize, plan, control, and optimize all technical, commercial, logistical, and financial activities related to electrification and public lighting projects.

The module was developed specifically to meet the needs of companies involved in public procurement, local authorities, municipalities, public offices, property developers, and private companies specializing in electrical work. Unlike a simple project management module, each feature, indicator, and business object has been designed to efficiently manage poles, LED and solar lighting, electrical cabinets, cables, transformers, photovoltaic cells, protective equipment, field teams, and electrification sites.

The module features a modern decision-making dashboard that allows managers and technical staff to monitor project progress in real time, including the number of active sites, installed equipment, completed interventions, inventory consumption, financial performance, and critical alerts. Interactive charts enable analysis of purchases, sales, material consumption, and operational performance to facilitate decision-making.

At the heart of the solution lies a powerful site management system that tracks each project from inception to completion. Each site can be associated with a client, a Dolibarr project, a public tender, or a specific contract. Managers can track budgets, estimated and actual costs, technical and financial progress rates, assigned teams, and the various phases of work execution. The module covers, in particular, the installation of public lighting, low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) electrification, network extensions, cable laying, electrical cabinet installation, pole erection, solar lighting, smart lighting, and urban renewal projects.

The integrated technical equipment catalog allows for the management of all equipment used on construction sites. Each piece of equipment has its own technical data sheet containing technical specifications, suppliers, purchase and sale prices, warranties, stock levels, and maintenance information. The system supports LED luminaires, solar luminaires, lighting poles, transformers, electrical cabinets, circuit breakers, photoelectric cells, cables, junction boxes, concrete foundations, and many other industry-specific equipment items.

The module also integrates advanced management of Unit Price Schedules (UPS), Estimated Quantity Details (EQD), and Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Users can develop their financial estimates, automatically calculate costs, margins, and selling prices, and then generate fully integrated Dolibarr quotes with a single click. This functionality significantly simplifies the preparation of technical and financial bids for public and private tenders.

Purchasing and supplier management ensures accurate tracking of material needs for each project. Managers can compare supplier prices, track orders, deliveries, and supply requirements, while optimizing purchasing costs and project completion times.

To ensure rigorous resource management, the module offers comprehensive control over stock consumption and material movements. Stock withdrawals, returns, transfers, and reservations can be directly allocated to worksites to accurately measure actual consumption and discrepancies from initial forecasts.

The solution also includes a comprehensive team management and site log system for tracking human resources assigned to projects. Managers can record teams, skills, hourly costs, daily work completed, materials consumed, incidents encountered, and hours worked. This functionality significantly improves traceability and operational management of construction sites.

For maintenance activities, the module includes a powerful work order management tool for tracking corrective and preventive maintenance on electrical installations and public lighting equipment. Technicians can record their diagnoses, parts used, labor hours, work orders, and associated invoices. The system covers emergency troubleshooting, light fixture replacement, cable repair, cabinet inspections, solar maintenance, and network diagnostics.

To ensure the quality and compliance of installations, the module offers a dedicated quality control space for conducting technical inspections, electrical continuity tests, grounding checks, lighting verifications, cable installation checks, and work acceptance. Results can be recorded, printed, and archived to guarantee the conformity of the completed work.

The module also features a comprehensive reporting system that generates detailed reports on site status, project profitability, purchases, sales, inventory consumption, installed equipment, technical interventions, delays, supplier performance, and variances between budget forecasts and actual results. Reports can be exported in PDF, Excel, and CSV formats to facilitate analysis and information sharing.

Thanks to its native integration with Dolibarr modules such as Third Parties, Products, Inventory, Warehouses, Projects, Tasks, Quotes, Orders, Invoices, Interventions, Contracts, Calendar, and Accounting, the solution offers centralized and consistent management of all business activities. Advanced automations, scheduled tasks, and intelligent alerts improve productivity and secure daily operations.
