Fuel Storage & Distribution turns Dolibarr into a complete downstream Oil & Gas ERP dedicated to the storage, depot operation, distribution and marketing of petroleum products. It is designed for fuel depots, storage terminals, petroleum distributors and logistics operators that receive product from refineries or importers, store it in tank farms, and deliver it to service stations, industrial customers, mines, cement plants, construction sites and transport fleets.

The module is built entirely on the official Dolibarr development standards with an object-oriented, documented, modular and easily maintainable architecture. All commercial operations (quotes, orders, invoices) reuse native Dolibarr objects, so the module enriches rather than replaces the ERP core.

A brand-new petroleum-sector visual identity was created around a dedicated colour palette: petrol blue, night blue, energy orange, safety red, metallic grey and white. The interface is fully responsive (desktop, tablet, mobile), dark-mode friendly, and uses professional Font-Awesome iconography, badges and dynamic widgets.

Supply stages: Draft → Ordered → In transit → Delivered to depot → Received (won) → Invoiced (won) → Cancelled (lost).

·       Purge demonstration data — safely removes only the demonstration data created by the module (identified by an import key), while respecting native document links.
