1. Overview

Greengrocer & Fruit-and-Vegetable Management is a premium Dolibarr module that turns Dolibarr ERP/CRM into a complete business solution for greengrocers and fruit & vegetable businesses, with no need for external software. It targets independent greengrocers, fruit & vegetable shops, wholesalers, buying groups, agricultural cooperatives, market gardeners, producers, importers/exporters, logistics platforms, store networks, mobile/market sales, home delivery, click & collect, online sales, organic shops and covered markets.

The module is fully integrated with Dolibarr native modules (Third parties, Products, Stocks, Warehouses, Orders, Invoices, Bank, Agenda) and follows official Dolibarr development standards for forward compatibility. It ships in 5 languages: French, English, Spanish, Italian and German.

2. Business scope

·       Purchasing, supplies, receptions and quality control at reception (documents, certificates, DLC/DDM use-by dates, temperature).

·       Catalogue of fruits, vegetables and aromatic herbs with variety, grade/calibre, season, origin (country/region), producer, harvest date and storage temperature.

5. Product record

Each product record carries: photo, product code, barcode, PLU, commercial name, variety, category/family, origin (country/region), producer, organic certification & label, season, harvest date, lot number, unit of sale (kg/piece), grade/calibre, packaging, purchase/cost/sale price, VAT, DLC/DDM, storage temperature, associated documents and notes.

6. Traceability & quality

Full upstream and downstream traceability makes it possible to instantly retrieve, for any lot: the producer, the supplier, the origin, the harvest and reception dates, quality controls, certifications, stock movements and associated sales. Quality management covers controls, sanitary checks, ripeness and temperature checks, non-conformities, corrective actions and a full history (HACCP plan).

7. Native Dolibarr integration

Gestion Primeur reuses and integrates with native modules: Third parties (customers, suppliers, producers), Products & Services, Stocks & Warehouses, Purchase & Sales orders, Receptions & Shipments, Invoices & Credit notes, Bank & Payments, Accounting, Agenda, Projects, Multi-entity, Multi-currency, Barcode and the REST API.

8. Security & data

·       Fine-grained permissions across 8 rights groups + administration.

·       Read/write granted by default so the module is usable immediately after activation.

·       Demonstration dataset generator and safe removal (tagged with the PRMDEMO import key).

·       Language-independent coded vocabulary rendered in all 5 languages.

·       GDPR-friendly: demo removal never affects real data.

9. Architecture (technical)

·       30 business objects, each with an SQL table (llx_prm_*), a CommonObject class, a filterable list page and a record page.

·       Module descriptor numero 850000, rights_class 'gestionprimeur'.

·       Schema self-heal (ensureSchema) adds missing columns on upgrade.

·       In-page tabbed navigation kept in sync with the Dolibarr left menu.

·       PSR-oriented, fully documented code; compatible Dolibarr 16–23, PHP 7.1–8.x.
