1. Module Overview
Grocery, Convenience-Store, Supermarket & Hypermarket Retail Management (technical name: gestionsuperette) is a complete, native solution that turns Dolibarr into a professional retail-management platform for grocery stores, convenience stores (supérettes), supermarkets, hypermarkets, buying groups (central purchasing) and multi-store retail networks. It runs entirely under custom/gestionsuperette/ without modifying the Dolibarr core, builds on 34 native business objects, and ships in 5 languages (French, English, Spanish, Italian, German). It integrates with the native Dolibarr modules Third Parties (Societe) and Products, and complements Stocks, Orders, Invoices, Shipments, Projects and Agenda.

4. Network, Stores & Merchandising
The module models the whole retail network: banners (enseignes), commercial regions, and stores of every format (hypermarket, supermarket, convenience store, proximity store) with sales area, number of checkouts, manager, opening hours and status. Each store is broken down into departments/aisles (grocery, fresh, ultra-fresh, butchery, bakery, beverages, HPC/DPH, general merchandise, frozen…) with allocated area, turnover and margin objectives. Warehouses and logistics platforms complete the physical network.
