Guest House Management transforms Dolibarr into a complete, professional hospitality management solution — purpose-built for guest houses, riads, inns, hostels, bed & breakfasts and small independent hotels. It lets you run every aspect of your property directly inside Dolibarr, with no external booking software required, while natively enriching your third parties, products, quotes, orders, invoices, payments and bank.

Everything a small accommodation business needs — rooms, bookings, front desk, guests, services, seasonal pricing, payments, housekeeping, maintenance, staff, stock, reporting and automation — is unified in a single elegant, responsive interface with a warm hospitality design (sand, gold, night-blue and olive tones).

2. Business Objects & Data Model

The module ships thirteen dedicated business objects, each backed by a table prefixed llx_guesthouse_ and carrying the standard Dolibarr columns (rowid, entity, date_creation, tms, fk_user_creat, fk_user_modif, import_key, status). Every object has a secure list engine with per-column search and a column show/hide selector, and a rich record card with a KPI cockpit and a linked-records panel.

 

3. Features in Detail

3.1  Rooms & Room Types

Build a full room catalogue. Room types define reusable templates — single, double, twin, family, junior suite, luxury suite or dormitory — with capacity, number of beds, base night rate and a planning colour. Individual rooms are then created with their name/number, type, floor, surface, view and a detailed amenity list.

·       Create, modify and delete rooms and room types.

·       Amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, private bathroom, terrace, minibar, safe, sea/garden view and more.

·       Real-time room status: available, occupied, cleaning, maintenance, out of service.

3.2  Bookings

A complete reservation engine drives the core of the module. Selecting the guest, room and dates automatically computes the number of nights, room amount, added services, discount, tax, total, deposit and remaining balance.

·       Number of adults and children, stay type and arrival time.

A dedicated desk screen lists today’s arrivals and departures alongside in-house guests, and streamlines the daily front-office routine.

Guest management builds on native Dolibarr third parties and enriches them with hospitality-specific information.

3.7  Services & Complementary Sales

Sell and track everything beyond the room. Each service is linked to a Dolibarr product so pricing, VAT, invoicing and stock stay consistent.
