Import Export Management turns Dolibarr into a complete international trade / import-export ERP. It covers the entire operational, commercial, logistics, financial and documentary cycle of a trading, import, export, international distribution, triangular-trade, commercial-representation or brokerage business — directly inside Dolibarr, with no external software required.

The module never re-creates a native Dolibarr feature: it exploits and enriches the standard objects (third parties, contacts, products, categories, quotations, customer & supplier orders, invoices, payments, bank, accounting, stock, warehouses, lots, barcodes, shipments, receptions, projects, agenda, ECM/GED, e-mails, REST API, workflows and MultiCompany). Every business record is linked to the standard Dolibarr objects.

International partner management

Manage every international counterpart linked to a Dolibarr third party, with country, currency, favourite Incoterms, payment terms, logistics lead times, banking details and commercial history. Each partner card automatically lists all related dossiers, transports, customs declarations, documents and financing.

Import & Export dossiers with logistics pipeline (Kanban)

Each dossier consolidates client/supplier, products, documents, payments, transport, insurance, forwarding, customs, history and profitability. A drag-and-drop Kanban board shows both import and export dossiers by logistics stage (Quotation → Order → Production → Transit → Customs → Closed), filterable by direction.

Multimodal logistics

Track containers (number, type, dimensions, capacity, seal, vessel, position, contents) and transport by sea, road, rail, air or multimodal, with B/L, AWB, waybills, vessels, flights, trucks and wagons.

Customs, Incoterms & documents

Manage customs declarations (regime, customs value, duties, VAT, taxes), the full set of Incoterms 2020 with automatic responsibility calculation, ports & airports, customs tariffs, and automatic archiving of all trade documents in the Dolibarr ECM/GED.

Landed-cost calculator

Automatically compute the real cost of an import dossier by aggregating purchase, freight, insurance, forwarding, customs, duties, taxes, inland transport, bank and administrative fees. Each component is shown with its share of the landed cost and the uplift versus goods value, and can be written back to the dossier.

Profitability analysis

Gross and net margin, and profitability by country, supplier, customer, product and dossier.

Multi-currency & finance

Purchase and sale currencies, exchange rates, history and realised FX gains/losses, connected to bank and accounting. Trade finance covers letters of credit, bank guarantees, credit insurance, receipts and disbursements.

International stock

Extends native Dolibarr stock with in-transit, port, customs and warehouse positions, lots and serial numbers.

Real-time logistics alerts

A daily cron engine scans customs, transport, documents, letters of credit and containers to raise alerts (pending clearance, ETA delays, expiring documents & LCs, demurrage risk), shown in a dedicated alert centre and on the dashboard.
