1. Overview
Innovation Center Management transforms Dolibarr into a comprehensive platform to run a startup incubator, accelerator, technology hub or R&D laboratory. It centralizes the entire innovation life-cycle — from idea to exit — across incubated startups, structured programs, innovation and MVP projects, mentoring, funding and fund-raising, partnerships, innovation events, coworking spaces, teams and performance tracking.
The module is built natively on top of Dolibarr and never duplicates what the ERP already provides. It reuses Third Parties, Projects, Commercial Proposals, Invoices, Agenda, Users, the Document Management System (ECM) and the REST API, while adding a premium innovation-hub dashboard, a startup pipeline Kanban board and an advanced reporting engine with CSV / Excel / PDF exports.
Key figures at a glance:
· 18 business objects organized across 8 functional domains.
· A brand-new premium dashboard (not the standard Dolibarr one) with KPI cards and DolGraph charts.
· A drag-and-drop startup life-cycle pipeline.
· 14 advanced reports, each exportable to CSV, Excel and PDF.
· A one-click demonstration dataset generator and remover.
· Strict Dolibarr permissions across 10 right groups.
· Full localization in 5 languages (EN, FR, ES, IT, DE).
2. Native Dolibarr Integration
The module is designed as a business layer over native Dolibarr modules. Nothing that already exists in the ERP is recreated:

5. Premium Dashboard
A brand-new dashboard (not the standard Dolibarr one) using a modern innovation-hub visual identity: innovation violet, digital blue, growth green and creativity orange, with futuristic gradients and a clean white layout. It is organized into KPI zones and charts.
Main KPIs:
· Incubated startups, active startups and incubation success rate.
· Active projects, active programs and average maturity score.
· Total funding raised, funding this year, number of rounds and average ticket.
· Active mentors, ongoing mentorships, mentoring hours and sessions this month.
· Ongoing events, participants, active bookings and space occupancy rate.
· Centre revenue (program fees + coworking) and number of partners.
Charts (DolGraph):
· Incubated startups per month (12-month bar chart).
· Funds raised per period (12-month bar chart).
· Distribution by stage (pie chart).
· Distribution by sector (pie chart).
· An embedded preview of the startup pipeline by stage.
6. Startup Pipeline (Kanban)
An interactive Kanban board visualizing the startup life-cycle. Each column is a stage (ideation, MVP, incubation, acceleration, scale-up, graduated, dropped) and each card shows the startup name, sector, funds raised and maturity score. Cards can be dragged from one stage to another; the startup status is updated automatically (graduated → closed, dropped → cancelled).
7. Advanced Reporting
A dedicated reporting hub with 14 reports. Every report provides KPI cards, a detailed data table, direct printing and export to CSV, Excel and PDF.

8. Configuration Panel
An administration panel lets managers configure the module and manage the demonstration dataset:
· Default currency.
· Default incubation duration (months).
· Qualified-startup maturity threshold.
· Configurable program types, startup stages, project types, event types, funding types and mentoring parameters through the data model.
Two one-click buttons manage demonstration data:
· Install demo data — generates a realistic dataset (startups, programs, mentors, funding, events, coworking and more).
· Remove demo data — removes only the records generated by the module, including the native third parties, projects, proposals and invoices it created.
9. Security & Permissions
The module enforces strict Dolibarr permissions organized in ten right groups. Read and write are granted by default on activation so the module is immediately usable; delete and admin remain off.

Additional security measures:
· CSRF protection through Dolibarr tokens on all create/edit/delete actions.
· XSS protection via systematic escaping of all inputs and outputs.
· Secure SQL (escaping and per-entity filtering) on every query.
· Multi-entity / multi-company isolation.
· User action logging through the native Dolibarr audit trail.
