1. Overview

Cabinet Médical turns Dolibarr into a complete business ERP/CRM solution dedicated to medical practices and multi-service medical centers. It covers the full range of daily activities of a healthcare facility without any external software: patient records, doctors and staff, specialties, appointments and medical agenda, consultations, electronic medical records, prescriptions, medical acts, analyses, treatments, insurance and mutual funds, billing, medical equipment, medical stock, alerts, reporting and professional dashboards.

2. Architecture

The module follows the Dolibarr MVC architecture and standards, and is compatible with Dolibarr v16 to v23+ (PHP 7.1+ and PHP 8.x). It is multi-entity ready, uses Dolibarr CSRF protection, granular per-role permissions and the native translation system.

·       Patients — Full record: identity, profession, blood group, allergies, medical history, chronic diseases, emergency contact, referring doctor, insurance, and complete medical history.

·       Doctors & staff — General practitioners and specialists, nurses, assistants, medical secretaries, technicians; diplomas, professional number, availability and consultation fees.

·       Specialties — Reference list of medical specialties with default fees.

·       Appointments & agenda — Weekly medical agenda, status workflow (scheduled, confirmed, arrived, in consultation, done, cancelled), rooms and reminders.

5. Installation & demo data

·       Copy the cabinetmedical folder into htdocs/custom/.

·       Enable the module from Home > Setup > Modules.

·       A complete demonstration dataset is generated automatically on first activation.

·       The setup page lets you re-create or securely remove all demonstration data at any time.
