Discover powerful Dolibarr extensions designed to automate your business processes

The Municipality / Public Administration Management module turns Dolibarr into a specialized ERP for city halls, municipalities, local authorities, public establishments and inter-municipal bodies. It covers the full administrative, financial, technical and operational lifecycle of a modern town hall from a single, natively integrated interface.
Target organizations:
· City halls and town councils
· Municipalities and communes
· Local and territorial authorities
· Public establishments and agencies
· Inter-municipal syndicates
The module follows Dolibarr module standards and a generated-engine architecture: a single object registry drives database schema, ORM classes, generic list/card pages, the object menu and the permission mapping.
· PHP 8.x compatible (minimum PHP 7.1)
· MySQL / MariaDB with an auto-healing schema (ensureSchema)
· Dolibarr 16.0+ (CommonObject ORM, DolGraph charts, GED, Agenda)
· Responsive institutional UI (blue / teal / green charter), FontAwesome 5 icons
Each object ships a database table (llx_mun_*), an ORM class, a list page, a card page and search-enabled fields:
