1. Overview

Omra Hajj Management turns Dolibarr ERP/CRM into a complete, production-ready business solution dedicated to travel agencies that organise Omra and Hajj religious journeys. It allows an agency to run all of its daily operations without any external software: pilgrim files, packages, groups, religious programmes, departures, bookings, hotels, flights, transfers, visas, documents, guides, finance, suppliers, marketing and reporting.

The module is built to native Dolibarr standards: modular architecture, native classes, permission system, multi-company (multi-entity) support, CSRF protection and a modern, responsive, premium "spiritual" interface (deep green, elegant gold, night blue). It integrates natively with Dolibarr third parties, contacts, quotes, orders, invoices, payments, bank, products and projects.

Complete pilgrim files: civil status, gender, nationality, national ID and passport (number and expiry), contact details, family group, loyalty points, trip type (Omra, Hajj, Omra Ramadan, custom) and status (active, VIP, prospect). Each file aggregates bookings, payments, visas and documents.

Packages (Forfaits)

Full catalogue of Omra & Hajj packages (Economy, Comfort, Premium, Omra Ramadan, Hajj Standard, Hajj VIP) with duration, adult/child price, included and excluded services, conditions and validity.

Religious programmes

Day-by-day itineraries (Makkah, Madinah, Mina, Arafat, Ziyarat) with steps, hotels, activities, meals and transport, reusable as templates for departures.

Groups

Pilgrim groups per departure with an Amir/leader, a religious guide, headcount, status (preparation, confirmed, ongoing, completed) and fill-rate tracking.

Departures / Trips

Organised departures with dates, capacity, booked seats, assigned guide and vehicle, and automatic fill-rate calculation.

Bookings

Registrations linking a pilgrim to a departure and a package, with automatic computation of total, deposit, paid amount, outstanding balance and margin, plus detailed booking lines.

Hotels

Directory of Makkah and Madinah hotels with category, board type, negotiated rates, contracts and commission rates, linked to suppliers and destinations.

Airlines & air tickets

Airline directory and ticketing (PNR, ticket number, class, baggage, seat, fares, taxes and agency fees) linked to bookings and pilgrims.

Transfers, vehicles & drivers

Ground logistics: airport/hotel transfers, coach fleet and drivers with licences and daily rates.

Visas & documents

Visa tracking (Omra/Hajj type, status, expiry), passports and administrative documents (photo, vaccination certificate, contracts, authorisations) with expiry alerts.

The executive dashboard is organised in four zones: today's activity (departures, returns, registrations, ongoing trips, open alerts), sales & registrations (bookings, revenue, margin, pilgrims, conversion rate, active pilgrims), finance (yearly revenue, margin, payments, deposits, receivables, commissions) and operations (tickets, upcoming departures, expiring passports and visas). It also embeds a booking lifecycle Kanban and two interactive charts (monthly revenue and bookings by destination).

6. Installation & usage

Install the module by copying the "omrahajj" folder into htdocs/custom/, or by deploying the module_omrahajj-1.0.zip archive from Home > Setup > Modules > Deploy external module. Activate it from the module list (Products family). A complete demonstration dataset is created automatically on first activation and can be reloaded or removed at any time from the configuration page.

Requirements: Dolibarr 16 to 23, PHP 7.1+, with the Third parties and Products/Services modules enabled.
