Order Preparation Management turns Dolibarr into a complete order-preparation (order-picking) solution, covering the whole flow from a validated sales order through to hand-over to the carrier, without requiring any external WMS. Dashboard — Control Tower

Real-time operational view: the day's flow (orders received → stock checked → reserved → waves → picking → control → packing → ready → shipped), 40+ KPIs (orders to prepare, availability, service rate / OTIF, error rate, productivity, packages, weight), charts and a warehouse heatmap.

Order release

Automatic retrieval of Dolibarr sales orders by configurable criteria (validated, paid, warehouse, channel, due date), multi-criteria filtering, mass release into preparation.

Stock availability

Availability engine per order line: physical, real, virtual, reserved and available stock, expected supplier receipts, transfers, lots, serials, expiry; statuses from fully available to unavailable.

Reservations

Reliable stock reservation (full / partial) with full history, tied to the order line, warehouse, location, lot, serial and preparation order.

Preparation orders

Preparation-order object with 16 statuses (draft → validated → assigned → in progress → control → packing → done), detailed tabs (lines, reservations, locations, lots, route, controls, packages).

Wave management

Group orders into waves by carrier, tour, destination, cut-off time, channel or priority; manual or assisted creation, simulation, launch, lock and close.

Picking missions
