1. Overview

Play Park Management turns Dolibarr into a complete, specialised ERP/CRM solution for the management of play parks and leisure venues. The module is flexible enough to run a wide range of structures, from small indoor kids areas to large family entertainment centers, while natively enriching the standard Dolibarr objects (third parties, products, quotes, orders, invoices, payments, bank, projects and agenda).

Supported structures include:

2. Executive Dashboard

A brand-new, playful command center built around the leisure identity (sky blue, apple green, vivid orange, violet, sun yellow and white). It aggregates the whole activity into five zones:

·       Attendance & attractions — total attractions, open attractions, attractions under maintenance, visitors today and this month.

·       Today’s activity — bookings of the day, upcoming birthdays and events, staff on duty, occupancy rate, with quick access to front desk, planning and POS.

·       Ticketing & subscriptions — tickets sold, active subscriptions, products sold, critical stock alerts.

·       Revenue — total revenue, bookings, ticketing, snack and shop revenue, outstanding balance.

·       Operations & alerts — open maintenance, attractions in maintenance, safety incidents, critical stock.

Premium KPI cards, dynamic charts (visitor trend and attraction breakdown rendered with DolGraph), a live booking-pipeline preview, maintenance and safety alerts, and a fully responsive layout complete the dashboard.

3. Visitors, Subscriptions & Loyalty

Visitors

Each visitor has a complete profile: last name, first name, date of birth and computed age, gender, address, town, phone and e-mail, legal guardian and guardian phone, loyalty points, VIP status, preferences and full history. Visitors can be linked to a native Dolibarr third party.

4. Ticketing & Front Desk

Issue and manage every ticket type with QR code and barcode support, printing, validation and full history:

5. Attractions, Zones & Park Board

Attractions

Complete attraction records: name, category, zone, capacity, minimum age and height, average duration, thrill level, responsible manager, ticket price, last and next regulatory control dates, state and documents.

Zones

Thematic zones such as play areas, trampolines, slides, pools, arcade rooms, escape rooms, bowling & laser game and restaurant/shop areas, each with capacity, surface, minimum age, opening hours and a manager.

Park Board

A real-time board displays every attraction grouped by status (open, under maintenance, closed) for instant operational visibility.

6. Bookings, Birthdays & Events

Bookings

A full booking engine handles individual, group, school, company, event and attraction bookings with visit date, time slot, participants, adults/children split, source channel, amounts, deposit, paid amount and balance. A visual Kanban pipeline covers the whole life cycle:

Bookings are moved between stages by drag & drop, and a monthly planning calendar shows bookings, birthdays and events per day.

Birthday parties

Dedicated birthday management: child, age, party date, time slot, number of guests, formula (basic / premium / VIP), zone, menu, cake, animation, decoration, gift, animator, deposits and payments.

Events

Shows, workshops, animations, promotions, special days and school-holiday programmes with zone, dates, capacity, registrations, price and animator.

Groups

Schools, associations, companies and leisure centers with contact details, number of people and supervisors, age range and special rates.

7. Snack, Shop & Stock

A touch-friendly Point of Sale (POS) records snack and shop sales: tap items to add them to the cart, adjust quantities, choose the sales point and payment method, then check out. Stock is decremented automatically.

·       Shop items — snack food, drinks, toys, souvenirs, gifts and merchandise with sell/cost price, VAT, stock quantity and alert threshold.

·       Sales — POS sales with lines, cashier, payment method and status, plus optional native invoice link.

·       Stock movements — in / out / adjustment movements per category (snack, shop, consumable, spare parts) with suppliers.

8. Equipment & Maintenance

Track the full equipment fleet (inflatables, trampolines, slides, pools, machines, arcade terminals, IT equipment) with brand, model, serial number, purchase and warranty data and control dates. Maintenance covers preventive, corrective and regulatory interventions with priority, assigned staff, supplier, cost, parts used and status.

9. Staff, Scheduling & Time Tracking

Manage employees (animators, monitors, cashiers, reception, cleaning, security, maintenance, managers) with role, contract type, hourly rate and assigned zone, together with shift planning and clock-in / clock-out time tracking.

10. Health, Safety & Document Library

Record HSE incidents (incident, accident, control, audit, PPE, emergency) with severity, location, description and corrective action, and centralise all documents (contracts, plans, controls, certificates, invoices, photos, reports, safety documents) with type, dates, version and expiry.

11. Finance & Native Dolibarr Integration

Every commercial operation relies on native Dolibarr objects. From the Invoicing hub, staff reach the quotes, orders, invoices, credit notes and payments related to the park activity, with live finance KPIs.

14. Configuration & Demonstration Data

An admin configuration page manages general settings (default currency, default VAT rate, opening and closing times) and the demonstration dataset. Two buttons install or remove a realistic demo set. Removal is data-safe: only rows tagged as demonstration data are deleted, so real data is never affected. A dataset version mechanism refreshes the demo on upgrade.

15. Security & Permissions

The module follows Dolibarr best practices: CSRF protection, XSS escaping, prepared/escaped SQL queries, logging and multi-company compatibility. Fine-grained permissions are organised into seven groups, each with read / write / delete rights:
