1. Overview

Psychiatry Management Pro transforms Dolibarr into a true, specialised management platform for mental-health activity. Without any additional software, it lets a psychiatry practice or clinic manage the full lifecycle of patient care: administrative, medical, financial, organisational, therapeutic, statistical and regulatory.

The module is built on a robust, fully integrated architecture that reuses the native Dolibarr objects (Third parties, Proposals/Quotes, Invoices, Payments, Products, Users and Agenda) so the practice keeps a single, consistent information system. It ships with fourteen dedicated business objects, a premium dashboard, a reporting hub, a clinical alert engine and a one-click demonstration dataset.

2. Functional coverage

Patient management

A complete patient record: reference, last/first name, gender, date of birth, full contact details, marital status, profession, emergency contact, health insurance and member number, referring psychiatrist, optional linked third party and first-visit date. Patients can be searched, filtered and exported, and every related record can be created from the patient card in a single click.

Psychiatric medical records (EMR)

A dedicated electronic medical file per patient holding the psychiatric history, medical history, family history, addictions, allergies, current medication, risk factors (including suicidal-risk monitoring) and a structured clinical summary.

Appointments & medical agenda

Scheduling of appointments with type (first consultation, follow-up, psychotherapy, teleconsultation, treatment review, emergency), duration, room, practitioner, reason and confirmation status. A weekly medical agenda displays the whole week with colour-coded status and one-click access to each appointment.

Consultations

Full clinical documentation of every consultation: reason, mental-state examination, symptoms, diagnosis with ICD-10 code, clinical evolution, treatment plan / course of action, observations and consultation fee. The consultation is a hub from which assessments, prescriptions and teleconsultations can be created.

Clinical assessments & rating scales

Recording of psychiatric work-ups, standardized rating scales, questionnaires and psychometric tests (Beck Depression Inventory, Hamilton depression/anxiety, PANSS, Young Mania Rating Scale, MMSE, Y-BOCS, MADRS, Global Assessment of Functioning…) with score, maximum score, interpretation and conclusion.

Prescriptions & medication

Drug prescriptions linked to the patient and consultation, with prescription date, diagnosis, duration, number of renewals and instructions. Each prescription holds medication lines with the drug, therapeutic class (antidepressant, anxiolytic, antipsychotic, mood stabiliser, hypnotic, psychostimulant…), dosage, frequency, duration and renewals.

Therapy follow-up

Management of the psychotherapeutic course: therapy type (CBT, psychoanalysis, systemic/family therapy, EMDR, pharmacotherapy, group therapy…), start and estimated end dates, frequency, planned and completed sessions, therapeutic objectives, treatment plan, progress notes and clinical evolution.

Hospitalizations

Full hospitalization handling: admission type (voluntary, at the request of a third party, on a state-representative decision, scheduled, emergency), admission and discharge dates, ward, room, admission reason, diagnosis and discharge summary, together with a daily ward log (mood, observations, treatment given, author).

Teleconsultations

Remote-care sessions with the platform, meeting link, date, duration, session notes, optional recording link, link to the originating consultation and fee.

Medical documents

Generation and storage of medical certificates, consultation reports, psychiatric reports, prescriptions, attestations and correspondence, each typed, dated and attached to the patient.

Insurance & funds

Reference base of insurers and complementary health funds with code, organisation, type, contract reference, reimbursement rate, third-party payment flag, contact details and an optional linked third party.

Alerts

A clinical alert centre fed by an alert engine that detects upcoming and missed appointments, treatment renewals due, therapy follow-ups coming to an end and long hospital stays requiring review. Alerts are graded by severity and can be rescanned on demand or generated automatically by a daily scheduled task.

3. Premium dashboard

The dashboard offers a reassuring, professional environment built on a dedicated "serenity" colour palette (serenity blue, health turquoise, soothing green, lavender and medical white). It is organised into five zones:

·       Today's activity: consultations, appointments, patients seen and teleconsultations of the day.

·       Patient panel: total patients, active patients, new patients and patients under treatment.

·       Financial activity: monthly and annual revenue, monthly consultations and upcoming appointments.

·       Clinical follow-up: hospitalizations, attendance rate, cancellation rate and average follow-up duration.

·       Alerts & reminders: cancelled/missed appointments, renewals due, ending follow-ups and active hospitalizations.

Four significant charts complete the cockpit: patient evolution over twelve months, consultations per month, distribution of diagnoses, and revenue evolution.

6. Administration & demonstration data

From the module setup page, administrators can set a default consultation fee and a default psychiatrist, install a complete, coherent demonstration dataset in one click, and securely remove it at any time. Rights are organised by functional area (patients, medical records, appointments, consultations, assessments, prescriptions, therapy follow-up, hospitalizations, teleconsultations, documents, insurance, alerts and reporting), with read and write granted by default for immediate use.
