Discover powerful Dolibarr extensions designed to automate your business processes

Quarry Management turns Dolibarr into a genuine, specialised ERP for quarry and aggregates operators (crushed stone, sand, gravel, all-in aggregate, marble, limestone, basalt, clay, gypsum, rock and more). It covers the entire operational chain — from the deposit and extraction to production, blasting, stock, machinery, transport, weighbridge, sales and invoicing — while natively enriching Dolibarr third parties, products, projects, quotes, orders and invoices.
The module is built on an object-oriented, modular and fully documented architecture that respects the official Dolibarr module standards. It ships 22 business objects, a modern operational dashboard, a sales pipeline, a rich reporting suite, an automation engine and an installable demonstration dataset.
· 22 business objects driven by a generic engine (list / card / search / column selector / Kanban).
· 12 granular permission groups; multi-company (MultiCompany) ready.
· 5 KPI dashboard zones, 6 safety alert tiles, 4 real-time charts.
· 13 exportable reports (CSV / Excel / PDF / print).
· Native invoicing through standard Dolibarr Quote / Order / Invoice objects.
· 5 interface languages, dark-mode compatible, responsive (desktop / tablet / mobile).
An original cockpit inspired by the quarrying and mining sector, using an industrial colour charter: slate grey, steel blue, industrial green, safety orange, white and sand.
Six interactive tiles highlight situations that require attention; each turns "hot" when its counter is non-zero and links to the relevant list:
· Permits nearing expiry (within 60 days).
· Machinery currently in maintenance.
· Open HSE incidents.
· Low-stock materials.
· Driver licences / certifications expiring soon.
· Non-compliant environmental measures.

Four dynamic DolGraph charts are rendered live from the operational data:
· Production trend by month.
· Material breakdown (share of tonnage per material).
· Revenue trend by month.
· Production by quarry.
The dashboard also embeds a preview of the sales-order pipeline (counts and amounts per stage) with a direct link to the Kanban board.
A detailed quarry record: name, reference, quarry type, GPS coordinates (latitude / longitude), region, province, municipality, surface (ha), opening date, manager, permit reference and total reserves. The quarry card includes a KPI cockpit (number of zones, tonnage extracted, surface, type).
Operating sites attached to a quarry: type (main quarry, extension, processing plant, depot), area, site manager and status.
Zones and working faces with full geological detail: zone type (face, sector, level, bench), bench / level, depth (m), estimated reserves (m³), exploitable volume (m³), extracted volume (m³) and zone state (in operation, in preparation, depleted, reserve).
Complete material catalogue (sand, gravel, all-in aggregate, crushed stone, marble, limestone, basalt, clay, gypsum, granite, rock, etc.). For each material: type, granulometry, quality, density, unit, unit price, stock in tonnes and an optional link to a native Dolibarr product.
Specialised stock records by material, site and nature: quarry stock, finished products, intermediate stock, stock by depot and by material — quantity in tonnes and volume in m³. Coherent with native Dolibarr stock through the linked product.
Pricing grids per material and optionally per customer: price per tonne, price per m³, minimum charge, transport-included flag and validity date.
Daily production journals: quarry, zone, material, production date, shift/team, quantity extracted (t), volume (m³), machine used, crew, hours worked, fuel consumed and yield (%). The production object is a HUB with its own KPI cockpit.
Blast campaigns with safety and regulatory data: quarry, zone, blast date, blast plan, explosive used and quantity (kg), number of holes, blasted rock volume (m³), blaster / responsible person, authorisation reference and status.
Explosives catalogue and stock: type, supplier, stock (kg), alert threshold (kg), unit price and magazine. A dedicated automation raises an alert when stock falls below the threshold.
Full equipment records for the whole fleet: excavators, loaders, bulldozers, dumpers, crushers, screens, trucks, drilling rigs and compactors. Fields include type, brand, model, registration, engine hours, odometer, fuel type, acquisition value, availability (available / maintenance / breakdown), insurance expiry and default operator.
Preventive and corrective maintenance history: machine, maintenance type, date, next due date, cost, garage / workshop and engine hours. Upcoming maintenance appears in the planning timeline and dashboard alerts.
Driver / operator records: name, linked Dolibarr user, phone, email, licence categories, CACES / certifications, licence expiry and hire date, with expiry alerting.
Delivery records: customer, material, truck, driver, transport date, delivery town, quantity (t), distance (km) and transport cost.
Weighbridge (pont bascule) tickets: linked transport, customer, material, weigh date/time, plate, gross weight, tare weight, net weight and a double-weighing flag — providing weigh tickets and traceability.
Customer orders record the customer, material, order and delivery dates, quantity, unit price, amount, delivery town and a lifecycle stage. A Kanban pipeline lets users drag & drop orders across stages: Draft → Confirmed → Planned → In preparation → Delivered → Invoiced (and Cancelled).
The invoicing screen turns any order into native Dolibarr documents in one click — Quote (propal), Order (commande) or Invoice (facture) — and stores the links back on the order, so material sales flow through the standard commercial modules (quotes, orders, invoices, payments).
Customers are linked to native Dolibarr third parties; suppliers are managed with category and contact data. Tariff grids drive pricing per material and customer.
HSE register covering incidents, accidents, near-misses, audits, controls and training. Each record carries a type, severity, date, location, corrective action taken and a resolution flag.
Environmental measurements for dust, noise, vibration, water and energy consumption, waste and reforestation. Each measure is compared to a regulatory threshold and flagged as compliant or non-compliant.
Permits and authorisations linked to a quarry: type, issuing authority, issue date and expiry date, with expiry alerts on the dashboard and in the planning timeline.
A document register (plans, reports, analyses, contracts, delivery notes, weigh tickets, photos, permits) with document type, date and version for archiving and traceability.
A timeline (from −14 days to +90 days) consolidating production logs, blasting campaigns, machine maintenance due, order deliveries and permit expiries — grouped by day for quick operational planning.
Thirteen detailed reports, each with KPI cards, totals, period filter and CSV / Excel / PDF export plus print:

A scheduled job (QryRunAutomations, daily) evaluates active rules and alerts: expiring permits, expiring driver certifications, maintenance due, low explosive stock, open HSE incidents, non-compliant environmental measures and automatic closing of delivered orders. Rules can also be run on demand from the Automations console.
Financial pilotage covers production cost, fuel, maintenance and operating charges, revenue, gross margin and profitability — surfaced across the dashboard finance zone and the costs / financial reports.
Material sales are handled exclusively through standard Dolibarr objects, so the module benefits from the full native ecosystem:
· Third parties & contacts, products, warehouses & stock.
· Quotes, orders, invoices and payments (generated from quarry orders).
· Projects, banking, accounting and agenda.
· Purchases & suppliers, shipments, contracts, DMS and e-mails.
A dedicated configuration page lets administrators set display options (enable blasting & explosives, enable weighbridge / double weighing, default price per tonne) and manage the demonstration dataset.
Two one-click buttons are provided, as required:
· — generates a realistic dataset (quarries, sites, zones, materials, drivers, machinery, production, blasts, orders, transports, weighings, HSE, environment, permits, documents, plus native customers, suppliers, products, quotes and invoices).Load demonstration data
· — deletes only the data generated by the module (rows tagged with the demo import key), leaving real business data untouched.Purge demonstration data
· CSRF protection (tokens on every create/edit action) and XSS escaping on all output.
· Escaped SQL queries and granular permission checks (12 right groups).
· Multi-company (MultiCompany) isolation via the entity column and getEntity() filtering.
· Logging via dol_syslog; schema self-healing on upgrade (automatic ADD COLUMN).
· Object-oriented, modular, documented code following Dolibarr and PSR practices; SQL prefix llx_quarry_.
