Training Management Pro is a Dolibarr module that turns the ERP into a complete management platform for training organizations, professional training centers, continuing-education institutes and private academies. It covers the entire value chain of a training business — commercial, pedagogical, administrative, financial, certification and e-learning operations — within a single, fully integrated solution.

The module combines a sales CRM, a course catalog, a session and planning engine, learner and trainer management, attendance and assessment tracking, automatic certification, an integrated e-learning mini-LMS, funding (OPCO) management, an executive dashboard, an advanced reporting hub and an automation engine. It enriches native Dolibarr (third parties, products, quotes, invoices, payments, projects, agenda) rather than replacing it.

3. Course Catalog

Build and structure your full training offer.

·       Courses (formations) — reference, title, category, domain, level, modality (in-person / remote / blended), description, objectives, prerequisites, target audience, program, duration in hours and days, price, max participants, certifying flag and certification type, linked Dolibarr product/service.

·       Learning paths (parcours) — group several courses into a coherent certifying path with total hours and total price.

·       Pedagogical modules — break each course down into ordered modules with content, objectives, duration and an assigned trainer.

4. Sessions & Planning

·       Sessions — schedule a course session with start/end dates, hours, a trainer, a room, a location, a modality, a number of seats and a price. The status workflow follows: planned → open → full → ongoing → completed.

·       Session board — a real-time board grouping every session by state with its fill rate.

·       Consolidated planning — a single view of upcoming sessions, room occupancy and trainer schedules.

5. Learners & Enrollments

·       Learner files — complete record with personal information, employer company, job title, education level, ID document, contact details and history.

·       Enrollments — link a learner to a session with the funding type, the amount, the payment status and the attendance rate. Enrollments feed the invoicing hub.

6. Trainers

·       Trainer files — internal and external trainers with areas of expertise, availability, hourly and daily rates, diploma, rating and hours delivered.

·       Trainer tracking — hours delivered, sessions assigned and average rating are surfaced in the planning and reporting modules.

7. Attendance & Assessments

·       Attendance — attendance sheets per session and learner (present / absent / late / excused), with arrival time, delay in minutes and a digital-signature placeholder. Attendance rates are computed automatically.

·       Assessments — quizzes, exams, continuous assessment and multiple-choice tests with a score, a maximum score, a pass flag and a grade.

8. Certifications

·       Automatic certification — issue certificates, diplomas and attestations with a unique certificate number, an issue and expiry date, a final score, a grade and a verification QR code.

9. Integrated E-Learning (mini-LMS)

·       Online courses — publish video, PDF, quiz and SCORM content linked to a course, with a URL, duration and view counter.

·       Progress tracking — follow each learner's progress percentage, time spent, last access, completion status and score.

10. Training CRM

·       Prospects — manage leads with their source, course of interest, estimated amount and the assigned salesperson.

·       Drag & drop pipeline — a visual Kanban board with the conversion funnel prospect → contact → quote → enrollment → learner. Cards are moved between stages by drag & drop.

·       Campaigns — marketing campaigns with type, target, budget, generated leads and conversions.

11. Funding & Finance

·       Funding management — OPCO, funding bodies and subsidies, with the funder type and name, the dossier number, requested and granted amounts, status and decision date.

·       Native invoicing hub — drive native Dolibarr quotes, invoices, credit notes and payments directly from enrollments and the invoicing page.

12. Rooms & Equipment

·       Rooms — training rooms with capacity, location, surface, equipment, hourly cost and availability.

·       Equipment — inventory of materials and equipment with category, quantity, state and the room they belong to.

13. Advanced Reporting

A dedicated reporting hub with eleven cross-functional reports, each exportable.

Read and write are granted by default; delete and admin are opt-in. Multi-entity and multi-company aware.
