Waste Management Enterprise (Gestion des Déchets) turns Dolibarr ERP & CRM into a complete, modern and intelligent Waste Management System, comparable to leading professional platforms such as Veolia Digital Solutions, WasteLogics, AMCS, Routeware, Recycle Track Systems, SAP EHS and Sphera.

It enables industrial companies, local authorities, collection companies, treatment centres, recycling companies, industrial zones, hotels, hospitals, laboratories, food-processing and construction companies to manage their entire waste-management activity directly inside Dolibarr, without any external software.

The module covers the full value chain: waste production, identification, regulatory classification, collection, transport, temporary storage, sorting, recovery, recycling, treatment, disposal, regulatory traceability, provider and contract management, financial monitoring, ESG reporting and AI-powered analysis.

5. Workflow

1.     Production: Each producer site generates waste that is recorded and classified (category, type, waste code, hazard level).

2.     Collection: Collections and tours are planned; vehicles, drivers and containers are assigned; entry/exit weighings are recorded.

3.     Treatment: Waste is routed to treatment centres for sorting, recycling, recovery or disposal, with a treatment certificate.

4.     Traceability: Waste tracking slips (BSD) are issued and the chain of custody is preserved for regulatory compliance.

5.     Steering: Costs are monitored, ESG/CO2 reports are produced, the AI assistant analyses trends and the recycling rate is continuously improved.
